WEST MARINE Offshore Safety Harness is designed to meet World Sailing (ISAF) requirements, providing reliable safety and comfort for offshore racers and serious sailors. Built with strong 2-inch nylon webbing and a 5,000 lb breaking strength, it ensures exceptional durability and security during demanding conditions on deck. The ergonomic design includes a centrally located acetal resin buckle for easy donning, along with double stainless steel D-rings for secure tether attachment.
Engineered for both safety and convenience, the harness features all-stainless steel, non-magnetic hardware for corrosion resistance and long-term performance in marine environments. Safety yellow shoulder and chest straps enhance visibility, while SOLAS-grade reflective patches further improve detection in low-light conditions. It also includes a SOLAS-grade whistle stored in an elastic pouch, along with an additional pouch for essential safety items such as a strobe light, flares, or knife.
